Account, shipment, and billing data are stored in a database on our server. Sign-in tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Session cookies are HttpOnly and sent only over HTTPS in production. We restrict access to systems holding personal data and take reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data; we will do so except where we must retain certain records (for example, billing or tax records) to comply with law. Database backups are retained on a rolling basis and age out over time.
